Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe healing begins with connection. My path into this work has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the ways our minds and bodies hold stories. Before becoming a marriage and family, I have spent many years practicing as an osteopathic manual therapist, yoga therapist, and a fitness coach helping people reconnect with their bodies and discover resilience from within. Those experiences continue to guide me today as I support clients in integrating mind and body in their journey of growth.
