I have worked with men suffering from substance abuse and mental health disorders at Park Avenue Treatment Center in Minneapolis, for approximately 10 years. I have over twenty years of experience working with the homeless populations in the Twin Cities. I believe in the Person Centered Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy philosophy approaches of community, optimism, and hope. This fosters my belief in the resiliency and the growth of individuals. I also use Cognitive Behavioral techniques for self-awareness.
