About
There's nothing mysterious about psychotherapy. We've all benefitted from talking things over with friends, a spouse, our parents, our siblings, our family doctor or our priest, minister or rabbi. The fundamental principal of psychotherapy is rooted in our shared human experience: it helps to talk with someone. As a trained observer and listener with forty years of experience I will hear you and will work with you to help identify more fully the issues that trouble you. We will seek further insight together and attempt to identify meaningful solutions. View 4 Photos My initial training was as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, but I have realized that there is no single therapeutic approach that works for everyone and my approach has evolved into an eclectic one that includes elements of psychoanalytic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral and humanistic psychology.
