I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Professional Counselor, who is available to meet with new clients. I see counseling as a shared process with the client "in charge," most often. I'm confident in the techniques I've learned and developed to address mental health conditions along the 26 yrs that I've been licensed but it's got to make sense to you, to be useful to you, for anything to happen.
