I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and over seven years of experience in the therapeutic space. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they explore, heal, and reclaim their worth; work I consider both sacred and profoundly human. At the heart of my approach is a deep belief in the power of knowing and honoring who we are.
