About

My name is Mallory Gordon, owner and founder of Humanistic Healing, LLC. Various aspects of life can feel messy and overwhelming. Interpersonal relationships especially can cause immense stress and dysregulation for many people. I have experience working with childhood trauma, attachment theory, and adult children of emotionally immature parents and how these dynamics impact current interpersonal relationships. Additionally, I am a certified perinatal mental health provider. Perinatal includes the time from conception to one year after birth. I believe that everyone holds the key to their own happiness within themselves. My intention is to help you get to that place in your life where you feel fulfilled and to help you recognize that you have had that ability within yourself the entire time. I do this by helping people see patterns of behavior they would like to change.
