Hi! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for helping teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges and build skills for growth and resilience. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum transitions, relationship difficulties, and work-related stress. I have a particular interest in supporting parents, caregivers, and first responders (and their spouses), drawing from my own experiences as both a mother of two and the wife of a firefighter.
