As a therapist, I know what it feels like to wish there had been someone to talk to earlier in life. Growing up, I struggled with many of the common complex issues that children, teens, and adults today face. Because of that, my work is deeply personal — I wanted to become the counselor I wish I’d had as a young man. Today, I find myself at New Heights working with teens, adult men, and couples to create a space where vulnerability, growth, and authentic connection. My background includes military, aviation, and more. Hablo español! I provide individual counseling for individuals navigating identity, school pressures, mental health struggles, and relationships. I also facilitate supportive adolescent groups that focus on healthy sexuality, relationships, consent, and managing the influence of pornography in today’s digital world.
