About
I believe that the journey toward becoming authentically oneself is among the most important work we do. My practice focuses on creating space in which transformation is possible and old patterns can shift into something that allows for growth and possibility. Putting language to complex internal experiences, forging connections, and examining clearly and without shame or judgment the places where stuckness happens are often crucial parts of this process. I work with clients to explore all aspects of identity, focusing on gender and identity development but also intersections of experiences of anxiety, depression, trauma, and dysregulation of mood. I have been working in the field for over fifteen years and support clients across a range of identities and lived experiences. I work relationally, but also make use of multiple modalitites to collaboratively set treatment goals with clients that help us assess what's actually working and changing. I also collaborate actively with clients' treatment teams.
