The struggle is real! As a licensed professional clinical counselor, I work with children/teens and adults individually, and strive to provide my clients a safe, open space where they can feel at ease to begin the therapeutic process. I aim to meet all my clients where they are at & provide unconditional positive regard for each unique experience that is brought to the table. Seeking out help is a sign of strength, & I work with my clients to develop healthy strategies to manage the challenges they are faced with. With training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, I help my clients regain their sense of power over their lives.
