Hi, I'm Hunter. I'm a therapist specializing in anxiety disorders, OCD, and insomnia. I work with all kinds of people at any stage of therapy (new to therapy or returning to therapy). I have worked with anxious clients who have issues with people pleasing, intrusive thoughts, and troubles communicating. With therapy, clients learn about their anxiety in order to face it head on using exposure therapy, acceptance therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. In sessions, I help by supporting your efforts, suggesting tools, and challenging you to grow.
