As a mother, you’re balancing the demands of parenting while trying to maintain your own health and well-being. As an athlete, you face unique pressures to perform at your best, which can sometimes lead to unhealthy eating habits and body image concerns. As an adolescent, you’re seeking to build confidence, establish healthy habits, and develop a positive relationship with food and your body. I specialize in working with women who struggle with eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders. I also provide support for families with a loved one struggling with an eating disorder. I provide in person and virtual therapy sessions. I am an IADEP member and a pre certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS).
