I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the NBCC. My passion is working with individuals, both adolescents and adults, experiencing trauma and PTSD, depression, and anxiety, utilizing various modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I also have experience working with serious mental illness and substance use. It would be an honor to walk with you through your pain to assist you in finding healing, breaking generational trauma, and learning how to love yourself again.
