At Ideal Psychology Group, we serve teens and adults navigating ADHD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. Many of our clients are high-achieving women, parents, or professionals in high-stress roles. They’ve spent years being the strong one, the helper, the responsible one, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted. We also support those facing life transitions: late diagnoses of ADHD or autism, postpartum changes, grief, or identity shifts.
