By helping to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental climate, I assist you to transform old patterns from the inside out. The aim of my practice is to help you to overcome difficulties and also find fulfillment in the task of living. This often means a deliberate and conscious understanding of the way we relate to our inner life, thoughts, feelings and beliefs so that we may find and live more freely from our Real Self.
