I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Richmond Hill, Georgia. I work with clients throughout the state via telehealth. I have experience working with adolescents and adults from all different backgrounds and specialize in mental health concerns related to stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and many others. I strive to work collaboratively with each client to promote healing and growth by primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques.
