I specialize in working with clients who are facing complex challenges and who want to thrive. Clients look for relief from anxiety, OCD symptoms, depression, or the trauma that is either haunting them or causing them to feel stressed, overwhelmed, afraid, or unable to sleep well. I see clients as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms, and I strive to deeply understand both the impact of their experiences and the resilience inherent in them. I have attended numerous trainings as well as the Behavioral Training Institute through the International OCD Foundation.
