I believe the most successful clients are open-minded and curious, patient with the therapeutic process, and motivated to put in the work necessary to create the change they want to see in themselves and their lives. In my holistic practice I help clients gain tools and skills they need to manage their symptoms, while also tending to the deeper mechanisms at play that are at the root of these symptoms.
