Hello, I'm Ilene Frommer. Finding the right therapist can feel a bit overwhelming. If you want a warm, compassionate, caring and nonjudgemental therapist, who will help you find your voice and be authentic, give me a call. I am trained psychodynamically and over the years have become more eclectic adding brainspotting as a wonderful new addition to quicker healing. I work with clients 18 years old and older with many different life situations ranging from depression, anxiety, traumas, to grief, disappointments and broken expectations, to forgiveness and healthy transitions, to healing relationships and positive parenting.
