I work with neurodivergent teens and adults navigating that “in-between” stage of life transitioning from adolescence to adulthood. Figuring out identity, relationships, independence, and what’s next. Whether you're starting college, adjusting to a new job, building friendships, or managing big life transitions, therapy can be a space to process it all. I also work with survivors of trauma and offer space for exploring experiences you may not have had the chance, or safety, to explore before.
