About
Life’s challenges can feel heavy when you’re carrying them alone, particularly if you’ve been taught that asking for help is a sign of weakness. The truth is that seeking support is a valid human need. I provide trauma-informed therapy for high-achieving yet anxious individuals who want to heal childhood trauma and reclaim their power. My work centers on the unique experiences of BIPOC individuals, undocumented folks, and children of immigrants. If you feel disconnected from your body, relationships, or sense of self, I can help you slow down and cultivate a more fulfilling life. My approach is holistic, combining modalities such as Parts Work and Somatic Experiencing to help you reclaim confidence and connection. Additionally, I specialize in trauma-informed immigration evaluations for foreign nationals applying for status in the U.S., including asylum, extreme hardship waivers, U /T Visas, VAWA, and Cancellation of Removal.
