About
As the child of Middle Eastern immigrants, I carry with me the stories, struggles, and resilience of my family and community. Growing up between cultures, I experienced firsthand the complexities of identity, belonging, and the silent weight of generational trauma. This deeply shaped my desire to do this work—not just as a therapist, but as someone who truly understands what it means to navigate cultural expectations, language barriers, and the longing to be seen. My background fuels my passion for providing culturally rooted, trauma-informed care, especially for those whose experiences are often overlooked or misunderstood. I offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy in English and Arabic. I also provide detailed immigration psychological evaluations for asylum, hardship waivers, VAWA, U-Visas, and more—always with care, cultural understanding, and clinical expertise.
