I’m a Licensed Mastered Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, because I believe healing happens when you feel heard and understood. I work with young adults, teenagers and children, supporting them in navigating through feelings of anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities and able to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to walk with you.
