Hi, my name is Alex. I'm so glad you're here. In a world that can often feel rushed, critical, or overwhelming, therapy can be a place to slow down and feel genuinely cared for. I specialize in working with young adults and transition-aged adults, helping them navigate anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, and the ways past experiences can shape identity. I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and deeply human - one where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself away, or hold it all together. My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and deeply individualized. I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed and EMDR-informed approaches to help clients gently shift unhelpful patterns, process past experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels supportive and respectful.
