I am an LPC, licensed in the state of GA, and have over 17 years of experience and training in the mental health field. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults providing individual, couples, and group counseling. I have experience working in a variety of settings including military posts, outpatient programs, clinics, hospitals, rehab programs, community centers, and shelters. I have counseled people with addiction issues, domestic violence, and sexual assault victims, the severely mentally ill, foster care and adoption transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and military stressors. My counseling style is positive, relatable, and authentic. I believe that we all have a place here and deserve to live our best lives. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet the needs of clients. I focus on the whole person by addressing their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being, by using approaches such as positive psychology, etc
