I am happy to work with anyone who is experiencing things they don't understand, or feelings they don't think they're allowed to feel; anyone who wants to try something they're not sure how to approach, or anyone who's tired of no one listening. I work together with my clients to help them feel better, improve relationships, increase self-compassion, and move towards their goals. I especially enjoy working with clients who are LGBTQ+, clients who are autistic and/or have ADHD, clients who are fat, clients who are disabled and/or chronically ill, and/or clients who are COVID conscious.
