My practice provides safe and supportive environment to reduce pressure, discomfort, fear of judgment creating an atmosphere of trust, acceptance, and validation. This setting allows to speak openly about physical, emotional, and psychological concerns, to freely express doubts, believes, thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, and concepts. I encourage, but not pressure, exploring difficult situations, traumatic events, defense mechanisms, malfunctioning schema, identifying patterns, values, beliefs, connections between past and present; building on strengths to overcome challenges, realize potential and find meaning.
