My therapeutic style is laid back. It is my goal to help clients feel comfortable and relaxed while they address their personal concerns . This is a place where you can be yourself, free of judgement. You get the benefit of evidence-based practice in a low-pressure environment. I have worked with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use related concerns, relationship concerns, body image concerns, eating disorders, trauma, parenting concerns, serious mental illness, and adjustment. My hope is for my clients to feel empowered by learning practical and useful coping skills.
