Life and relationships can feel overwhelming at times. I work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship stress who want to feel more emotionally balanced and confident. Many clients come to me for relationship counseling, couples therapy, or support in deciding whether to stay or leave a relationship. Using a relational and attachment-based approach, I support clients in improving trust, repairing emotional bonds, and managing conflict. I also help those healing and recovery from toxic, co-dependent and/or narcissistic relationships. I help clients identify unhealthy patterns and communication issues that keep them disconnected. My specialties include couples therapy, infidelity recovery, family-of-origin work, relational discernment, adjusting through and beyond divorce, co-parenting, and blended families. Fostering mental and relational wellness through relationship-focused care.
