Relationships are not as easy as we might like them to be. Navigating difficult conversations and identifying needs is no simple task. I work with adults who are experiencing relational difficulty, with self and other, and who are looking for more than the traditional talk therapy. I also work with tweens and teens to navigate the field of social relationships, to find a trusting connection with themselves and others.
