Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Registered Art Therapist based in California. I have been practicing for 18 years with an array of populations and in different settings. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and relational issues, or personal struggles that may be causing distress and preventing them from becoming their best self, or preventing them to meet their goals in life. In our first session, we will review important information required for psychotherapy. We'll start with brief introductions and review necessary personal history. I will frequently assess where we are in the set goals and change them according to your personal growth throughout the course of treatment.
