I work with adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, and trauma, particularly those stemming from domestic violence/intimate partner violence. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and seek a space where they feel understood and supported. If my clients feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, we work together to find tools to begin healing. My practice is affirming and inclusive of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals, offering a safe space to explore identity, resilience, and growth.
