Inner Journey Counseling and Wellness is a practice dedicated to working clients from a holistic lens. Overall wellness is key to feeling your best and at Inner Journey we are committed to working with you to help with your mental health, nutritional health, or both! We work primarily with women and couples with specialties in adjustment issues, parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, body image disorders and eating disorders. We believe the client/therapist relationship is the most important part of therapy. Clients need to feel listened to, cared for and heard. Together we can build a relationship were you feel comfortable and safe so that we can explore your feelings and begin to use tools to help you feel good again!
