I am a Mexican American Latinx therapist dedicated to enhancing the mental health wellness and overall well-being of those who have experienced trauma, helping them break free from generational patterns and overcome life stressors, grief and emotional challenges. Individuals who have experienced trauma can possibly suffer from Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and feelings of anger, frustrations. I am here to commit to clinical excellence and evidence-based practices.My approach will empower you to explore areas of your life that have been unprocessed and support you in taking action to make conscious changes in your life. I have received training in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and challenging cognitive distortions that often occur automatically and replacing them with more helpful thoughts, leading to transformative change.
