Welcome to Innerflow Counseling! Our goal is to make you feel safe and heard and help each person better understand themselves and their symptoms. We offer In-Person and Telehealth options. Our team specializes in Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Parenting, Relationship dynamics, child and adolescent behavioral disorders and much more. We offer yoga and mindfulness within our in-person sessions to help in understanding the whole-body connection, if that is something that interests you. We are excited to connect with you!
