My clients are Women, children, families that are willing to put in the time and effort in investing in themselves and lasting, fulfilling change. I believe that clients want to feel heard, seen and know that they are capable of great and sustainable change and that they do not have to do this alone. Kris also holds certification as an NCC and holds certification in CTMHC (Clinical TeleMental Health Counselor) CCATP (Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional).
