My name is Brette Genzel Derman. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and CEO/Founder of Innovative Group Psychotherapy, Inc (IGP). I have over 25 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults grow through life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance, confidence, and connection. My work is grounded in psychodynamic theory and evidence-based practices, such as EMDR—but I also know that words aren’t always enough. That’s why I integrate the expressive arts into my work. These tools can access healing and self-expression in powerful ways.
