It is difficult trying to hold everything together or navigate without validation or adequate support. In therapy, I could help you start sorting things out. We will work on clarity and healthy thought patterns. This can be achieved through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is also utilized to work through unprocessed hurts.
