Welcome to Inspirational Therapy, my name is Carmen Jeffrey, I am a licensed social worker ( LMSW) and have been in the social work field for over 25 years. I am excited to continue helping people that suffer from trauma and other mental illnesses. I am a strong believer in personal growth and positive change, after having dealt with multiple traumatic events of my own. I enjoy watching people heal and become stronger within themselves. I am dedicated to validating individuals that have been hurt and are struggling.
