Heather L Jelonek holds a Doctorate Degree in Behavioral Health (DBH) offering life coaching services in Tempe. She works with teens, young adults and adults. Many of Heather’s clients come in when they are struggling to adjust to life stressors or with anxiety or social challenges. Heather is particularly passionate about coaching women, teens and young adults. Heather is trained in cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment approaches which use a variety of efforts to change thinking and behavioral patterns to reduce distress during her coaching sessions.
