We specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing situational stress, mental health issues, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. We are dedicated to providing an ideal environment and relationship to help our clients grow, flourish, and thrive. We are passionate about working with and understanding a wide range of life circumstances and mental health conditions that can be difficult to navigate alone. Our goal is to help our clients find increased fulfillment and authenticity in their lives through engaging in individual or couples therapy and/or medication management services. View 14 Photos We provide cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, emotionally focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy techniques, polyvagal theory, motivational interviewing, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). We also provide psychiatric assessments and medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions.
