We use HIPPA compliant platforms to provide secure confidential video and message sessions. We use Solution-Focused Therapy to achieve goals and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to resolve conflicts that hold you back from your potential. So, we can offer services outside of traditional "9-5". Few evening slots are available. If travel is a problem long term, We may offer video counseling by Hipaa compliant platform after a confidential screening.
