Hello. My name is Theodora Adedeji, and I am the Founder and CEO of Integrated Wellness Haven. I am a licensed therapist in the State of Maryland and DC and we explore different modalities that fit each individual. It is not a "One size fits all." Treatment focuses on client centered, solution-focused, strength based, and behavior modification techniques. My area of specialization is in Adjustment D/O, anxiety, depression, work life balance, behavioral concerns, stress management, mood disorders, relational, interpersonal, and social conflicts.
