I have a warm, collaborative, relational and empowering style. At times we look at what holds you back, and at times we look at the evolving being who is struggling to emerge. Both polarities have something to offer when properly accessed and integrated. Since wounding frequently happens in relationship, healing may best be facilitated in relationship with someone who is accepting all of who you are. Trauma requires a safe and inviting space to move into, and needs delicate handling. I help couples find a way to communicate that makes it safer for both to come forward vulnerably.
