If you are reading my profile, life probably isn't going the way you had hoped it would right now. Current issues, past traumas, relationship or work issues can leave you exhausted, take a toll on your ability to be happy or even function on a day to day basis. Maybe life just feels too hard right now. Reaching out for help is the first step towards changing that. My name is Shari Bennett, a licenced Independant Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Interactions Counseling, a group of 6 highly trained, licensed and very experienced therapists who are here to help.
