In practice, I create a safe space for you to be your true, authentic self without fear of judgment. I work with adults on issues related to anxiety, stress, relationships and traumatic experiences. At different points throughout our lives, we can feel out of harmony with ourselves and those most important to us. Having a compassionate and understanding ally to support you on your journey to feeling more like yourself again can make all the difference.
