I believe that each of us has the skills and resilience to overcome life challenges. Working with various clients, from young migrant children to those affected by trauma victims of community, domestic, or sexual violence. I have seen how humans can survive and thrive through so many obstacles. I believe it takes true grit to take the steps you are taking to seek someone to talk to. This is the first step! A little about myself: I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am a bilingual therapist specializing in trauma. With certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
