Hi! My name is Irem Yilmaz. As a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), my mission is to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive space where you feel empowered to explore, grow, and connect with your most authentic self. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey - one where we meet in the middle, working together to understand behaviors, navigate life’s challenges, and uncover the version of yourself that feels most true to you. My approach is person-centered, integrative, and holistic, incorporating elements of somatic work, role play, and humor to create a dynamic and engaging therapeutic experience. I tailor my approach to each individual, ensuring that mind and body are both considered in the healing process.
