Greetings! I am a first-generation Filipino-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I was born and raised in the Midwest; now residing in San Diego, California. My work has been primarily in geriatrics. I'm proud to witness older adults at all stages of aging, from independence to end-of-life planning. Aside from my experience in healthcare, my passion is to connect clients who want to live more genuinely and be authentic in their everyday exchanges. My clients deal with depression or anxiety, or difficulty taking the first step, or stopping negative self-talk.
