I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and I would like to help foster the resiliency within you to mange life's stressors. I have experience providing counseling, and care coordination for teens, families and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, and various other mental health challenges. I believe everyone has the ability to be resilient and overcome obstacles standing in their way.
